Due to the unprecedented conditions we are all facing and the extraordinary increase in online orders and curfew regulations, we are unable to process orders within our usual delivery time. We are working hard to reply to your inquiries and to get your orders delivered to you as quickly as possible.
We are also taking strict hygiene measures to ensure safe deliveries.
Orders & Delivery
- Orders within Cairo usually take 2 to 6 working days, but may take longer if items are unavailable in the nearest branch.
- Orders outside Cairo may take longer.
- Due to high demand, some products may go out of stock. If this happens, we offer alternatives or an immediate refund.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions.
Returns & Refunds
- Products can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days with the receipt, and items must be in their original condition.
- Non-returnable items: Pools, inflatables, hair brushes, puzzles, bottles, pumps, clothes, accessories, and other hygienic products.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- If an order is canceled before shipment, only bank processing fees will be deducted.
- If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Payments
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa, and MasterCard for online and offline payments.
- All payments are processed securely.
- Transactions are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Foreign currency payments may incur conversion fees charged by your bank.
