Due to the unprecedented conditions we are all facing and the extraordinary increase in online orders and curfew regulations, we are unable to process orders within our usual delivery time. We are working hard to reply to your inquiries and to get your orders delivered to you as quickly as possible.
We are also taking strict hygiene measures to make our deliveries arrive safely to you.
Terms & Conditions updates
- Orders usually take from 2 to 6 working days within Cairo but it may take more time if the items aren’t available in the nearest branch.
- Orders outside Cairo may take longer time.
- Due to the increasing demand on some products, we may receive many orders on some items from different channels (in stores, through the website and social media), sometimes the requested item became out of stock, and in this case we offer our client alternatives or immediate refund.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice according to changes in market prices.
- With all the respect and care to our customers, please note that our employees and managers work beyond their capacity in an unprecedented time to answer your inquiries & orders. Therefore, we would like to inform you that it is totally unacceptable to offend or insult anyone of them, whatever the reason is.
- Exchange and refund can be done only in stores within 14 days with the receipt and the product must be in its original condition.
- Pools, inflatables, hair brushes, puzzles, bottles, pumps, clothes, accessories and any other hygienic products cannot be exchanged or refunded after opening the box.
- Refund will be made in the form of the original payment method.
- Gifts can only be exchanged with the gift receipt.

The standard available methods for your orders on Hedeya.com are Cash On Delivery (COD) and Visa/Master card payments on delivery for offline payments, and MasterCard and Visa, for online payments.

- All payments are in Egyptian Pounds, for credit cards denominated in any currency other than Egyptian pounds, your bank or Credit Card Company may charge foreign conversion fees and The Roasters is not responsible for those fees.

It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct. Returns
- The Roasters offers a managed returns process to simplify returns for buyers. With the The Roasters returns process, If the buyer returns an item, The Roasters will give in Return a Voucher with the amount paid by the buyer Minus the Shipping fees Also minus Banking fees in case of online payment or payment through POS and We have the right to charge you for any other direct costs incurred in collecting the product/s and we may deduct these from any sums owed to you
- We’ll issue a voucher with the original purchase price (less any discounts we applied at the time of your purchase) for the product/s.
- The Roasters will not accept returns if the item purchased was damaged, used or if the item packing is damaged or torn or if anything is missing from package or if not in the original status.
- The Roasters will offer No refund for Delivery service.
- The Roasters will accept returns matching the above conditions within 14 days of purchase date.
- The Roasters will only return an item Purchased from our store when matching the above conditions, only and only if the buyer present the payment receipt or receiving receipt that proves the item was bought from our store and the item shall have The Roasters barcode Sticker on the package.

Canceling An Order
- If you decide to cancel your order, please note that this will be done before the order is shipped or delivered to the shipping company, in such case only bank incurred fees will be deducted from the amount paid.
- If you decide to cancel your order after it was delivered to shipping company or after it was shipped, please note that You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the products (including any additional items sent with your product any free gifts or giveaways from The Roasters).
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
